More than three-quarters of workers report they have experienced burnout at least once in their current jobs (51% experienced burnout more than once). And while much has been written about hybrid work and remote work improving work-life balance, the same research study found that fewer workers feel they can effectively balance work and personal commitments now than before the pandemic.
